In the eighties the age of the scooter had dawned in India. At that time the most important and valued scooter was the Bajaj 150 cc scooter also called the Baja Chetak. This was a 4 gear scooter and sold at a premium  in the market. 

The DSSC or the Defense services staff college is a tri services organization. This is recognized as a higher seat of learning and is affiliated to the Madras University. Student officers who attend this course are awarded the MS (Masters) degree in Military science by the Madras University. The university monitors the academic program of the College at all levels.
The DSSC is located at Wellington, close to Cooner. It is named after the Duke of Wellington who defeated Napoleon in the famous battle of Waterloo in 1815.

After the statement of Admiral Mike Mullen the Chief of Staff of the US Armed forces and the pressure brought upon Pakistan to act against the Haqqani faction, it was thought that some result could be expected.
