Drinking Beer On A Hot Summer Day

The months of June and July are the hottest months all over the world. In SE Asia the temperatures soar and one can relish something chilled and tangy. If you are not a teetotaler and have no religious inhibitions, a glass of chilled beer is an excellent anti-dote on a hot summer day. It is perhaps the best thing in a mans life and a man cannot wait to let it happen.
Well if the man is fond of a glass of good beer or drought his companion, maybe his wife could also unlock her lips and join in. That

would add to the fun. All said and done beer is a great refresher and a perfect accompaniment to any type of food.

Beer Combinations

Some people may feel the taste of beer needs refinement and down it with lemonade. This is the birth of the ‘shandy’.But then you may try some other combinations as well in case the original taste of beer does not appeal to you or you just want to experiment. You can the have a chilled glass of beer with Ginger ale or tonic and some may even try a cola. Weird but new tastes can be developed.
There are umpteen other combinations. Some of them can be termed exotic like beer with a shot of whisky or southern comfort. Try it and

it will give you a thrill that will make you verbose and then you can please your partner with tales of tiger shoots and hunts of man eaters. The combinations get exotic with a combination of beer 60ml vodka and sugar syrup laced with lemon and ice cubes. This is the famed ‘skip and go naked’ drink and you and your companion will love it. Add a shot of gin and you will have a drink that will really cool you in the summer heat.

Food with Beer

With the beer you will need some good food, for along with good beer food will add to the flavor. You can have salads, shell fish, poultry and meat or even some spicy food like a chicken tikka. You can borrow an American idea and slice a Pizza along with the beer and that will be great goings for you.
As far as the beer is concerned sip it slowly and let the froth settle. Savor the beer and enjoy the taste. Talk, talk and make conversation for beer adds to good company. At the end of it all you will love the time passed. Cheers to beer
